محلل: تعافي السفر الجوي العالمي سيظل ضعيفًا بسبب “أوميكرون”

يرى “بريندان سوبي” المحلل المستقل لدى “سوبي أفيشين” Sobie Aviation أن السفر الجوي الدولي قد يظل ضعيفًا على المدى القريب، مع استمرار عدم اليقين بشأن متغير “أوميكرون”.

وصرح “سوبي” لشبكة “سي إن بي سي” بأن “أوميكرون” أضر بثقة الركاب في السفر حاليًا، لأن الأمور تتغير كل يوم تقريبًا.

وأضاف قائلاً: الانتعاش الذي كنا نأمل أن يستمر في النصف الأول من العام المقبل، لن يحدث، لأننا لا نعرف الكثير عن هذا المتحور.

وعلى الرغم من عدم معرفة الكثير عن “أوميكرون”، إلا أن منظمة الصحة العالمية حذرت من أن المتحور أسرع انتشارًا كثيرًا عن متغير “دلتا”، وقد يغير مسار الوباء.
