Investing.com – يبدو أن الجهود التي تبذلها المملكة العربية في مجابهة تفشي جائحة كورونا تؤتي ثمارها الآن.

حيث أشاد وكيل وزارة الصحة الدكتور عبدالله عسيري، بما وصفه بـالانخفاض المذهل لإصابات كورونا في المملكة.

إلا أنه وفي المقابل حذر وكيل وزارة الصحة من أننا لم نخرج بعد من الجائحة.

وقال وكيل الصحة، في تغريدة عبر حسابه الرسمي بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي تويتر، إن الانخفاض المذهل لجائحة كورونا في السعودية، يعود إلى عدم التسرع في فتح المناشط عالية الخطورة، واستخدام أكثر ثلاثة لقاحات فعالية.

و عزى عسيري، تراجع الإصابات إلى تزامن انتشار دلتا مع تسارع التغطية بالجرعة الثانية مما منع حدوث موجة جديدة.

وقال وكيل وزارة الصحة إلى أن المملكة تسحب 40 ألف عينة يومياً، إلا أنه حذر قائلا:” لم نخرج بعد ولكننا قاب قوسين”.

وأعلنت وزارة الصحة، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن تسجيل 96 إصابة جديدة بفيروس كورونا المستجد كوفيد- 19 في المملكة، خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية؛ ما يرفع إجمالي الإصابات إلى 546163 حالة.
