ريلاينس وأرامكو تعيدان تقييم صفقة لبيع حصة في وحدة تحويل النفط إلى كيماويات

(رويترز) – قالت شركة ريلاينس إنداستريز الهندية إنها قررت مع شركة أرامكو السعودية (SE:) إعادة تقييم الاستثمار المقترح للشركة في أعمال ريلاينس في مجال تحويل النفط إلى مواد كيماوية.

كانت الشركتان وقعتا خطاب نوايا غير ملزم في أغسطس آب 2019، يتضمن بيع ريلاينس حصة 20 بالمئة من الوحدة لأرامكو مقابل ما يقرب من 15 مليار .

وقالت ريلاينس أيضا إنها ستسحب طلبها بفصل أعمال تحويل النفط إلى كيماويات.
