دراسة: الأجسام المضادة تنمو كثيرا عند التطعيم بلقاحي أسترازينيكا وسبوتنيك لايت

موسكو (رويترز) – قال صندوق الاستثمار المباشر الروسي يوم الاثنين إن دراسة سريرية صغيرة للتطعيم بلقاح أسترازينيكا (LON:) ثم سبوتنيك لايت للوقاية من مرض كوفيد-19 أظهرت نموا كبيرا للأجسام المضادة لدى المشاركين.

واستندت النتائج إلى بيانات 20 شخصا من بين 100 شاركوا في الدراسة التي بدأت في أذربيجان في فبراير شباط. وقال الصندوق إن هؤلاء المشاركين حصلوا على جرعة من لقاح أسترازينيكا أولا ثم جرعة من اللقاح الروسي سبوتنيك لايت بعد 29 يوما.

وأضاف “أظهرت نتائج التحليل المرحلي زيادة إلى أربعة أمثال أو أكثر في الأجسام المضادة المحايدة للبروتين إس في فيروس سارس-كوف-2 لدى 85 بالمئة من المتطوعين في اليوم السابع والخمسين من الدراسة”.
